This policy explains how Mosslume Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit mosslumegames.com or contact our support team. A separate, product-specific privacy notice will be linked from each game’s Google Play listing before that game is publicly released.

When you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include, such as a device model, Android version, screenshots, or a Google Play order number. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification, or other sensitive information.
3. Website technical data
Our hosting and security provider may process standard request data needed to deliver and protect this website, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. This website does not currently use advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or analytics cookies.
4. How we use information
We use information to respond to messages, troubleshoot issues, provide player support, protect our services, prevent abuse, comply with law, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.
